IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- Passes must be registered separately after confirmation.
- Cancellations must be made in writing. Logos must be submitted in PNG/JPEG.
- GIWC will provide exhibitor confirmation once payment is received.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL

- You must notify us in writing if you need to cancel.
- Cancellations made before 28th February 2026 will be refunded less 50% of the total purchase price.
- Cancellations made after 28th February 2026 will not be refunded.
- Your non-payment does not cancel your contractual obligations to us.
